DELIVERY & RETURNS
All orders received on a weekday prior to 4pm are normally processed the same day.
Please note that we use Royal Mail Delivery Services for all orders.
We currently offer the following delivery services:
For Delivery within the UK
- Free delivery on all orders over £50 [4-6 working days]
- £4.90 for Standard Delivery on orders under £50.00, [2-3-day delivery time].
- £7.50 Next Working Day Delivery, orders must be placed before 4pm for Next Working Day Delivery by 1pm.
- £9.90 Next Day Delivery – Saturday Guarantee, orders must be placed fore 4pm on Friday for Delivery on Saturday by 1pm.
For International Delivery
- From £9 depending on the weight of the purchased products and customers country of residence – *Please note that you, the buyer, will be responsible for any Import Tax payable.*
Deshapeables offer a full returns policy valid for 14 days from the day you receive your order. If 14 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately we will not be able to accept any returns made on this order.
You have 14 days to notify us if you would like an exchange from the day you received the item(s) via firstname.lastname@example.org
You have 14 days from the day of your notification to return the item(s) in the same condition as delivered to you to our return address below
If you need to exchange or return an item(s), then please follow the instructions below:
General Return Notes
For hygienic purposes, when trying on any garments please ensure that you do so over your own underwear. Do not remove any labels, tags or accessories until you are happy with your purchase. Failure to follow this will more than likely result in us not accepting your return. We are not able to refund item(s) that appear to have been worn, washed and are not in original condition. Every aspect of the garment must be free from signs of wear and odour. Please note we are unable to refund hosiery/tights that have been opened and tried on.
UK Customer Returns
In order to reduce waste, your order will not include a returns label. Please visit our online Royal Mail Returns Portal via the image link below. You will need your order number and email address to generate your Royal Mail returns label.
Please note that for returns, the cost of shipping will be deducted from the total refund amount, to cover your returns postage. (This excludes faulty goods and any instance where Deshapeables are at fault, in which case your returns postage will be fully refunded.)
Once you have your returns label you can take your return to your local Post Office, or for a small fee you can request a Royal Mail Collection by clicking here.
International Customer Returns
Please download and print our Returns Form from here
Please fill in this form detailing your Name, Order number and Reason for return and details of the exchange where required. We also recommend that you use a signed for service since we can not be held responsible for returns not received.

You will need to make sure you meet the general return notes criteria above
You will need to send an email to email@example.com stating your intentions to replace the product you have ordered for another item(s)
If the price of the product is the same, there will be no need for extra charges, however, in cases where the price of the product you want is more, you will pay the extra charges and in cases where it is less, you will be entitled to a store credit of the difference in amount valid to be spent within 3 months
If the product you will like to exchange with is available, we will notify you back with an email to go ahead to send the item(s) you will like to return to the return address below within 7 days upon receiving our email
Upon receiving your return item(s), we will be able to process your exchange within 7 days from the day the we recieved the item(s)
In the event that you require a refund, then subject to acceptance we will issue this to the payment method originally used within 7-10 working days of receipt of return.
