DOES WAIST TRAINING HELP YOU LOSE WEIGHT?

The material that waist trainers are made from helps to increase your thermal body temperature. Throughout the day your waist is compressed. The compression and perspiration created helps to create a shapely hourglass figure and with less body fat around your waist.

Waist training is part of a healthy life style change. Wearing a waist trainer can help with self confidence, which can help to give you the drive and motivation to change to an all together healthier lifestyle.

When wearing your waist trainer we recommend that you drink lots of water.

 

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I WEAR MY WAIST TRAINER?

Waist training is a gradual process, so the longer you wear the waist trainer for, the faster you will see the results.

It is recommended that you wear the waist trainer for at least 6-8 hours a day for it to be fully effective.

When you first start waist training we recommend that you build up from a few hours a day, until you begin to feel comfortable wearing the waist trainer for long periods of time.

HOW DO I ORDER THE CORRECT SIZE?

Before you order your waist trainer it is important that you measure your waist, as you need to be in the correct size for the waist trainer to work correctly for you.

Once you have measured your waist please check our Size Guide to see which size is right for you. If you are in between sizes then go for the smaller size

I'M NOT SURE IF MY WAIST TRAINER FITS CORRECTLY

Your waist trainer should be tight, but not too tight as you need to be able to breathe comfortably and carry on with your daily routine.

Your waist trainer will be difficult to get on at first and it may feel tight. This is okay as your waist trainer needs to be tight to work correctly!

SHOULD I WEAR MY WAIST TRAINER TO THE GYM?

Absolutely! Using your waist trainer at the gym will help you to achieve your results quicker, as it creates perspiration around your love handles, stomach and lower back.

We do not recommend that you wear the waist trainer for yoga or any other exercise that involves flexibility, but it’s great for running, walking and weights etc.

CAN I WAIST TRAIN DURING PREGNANCY?

No! Please do not try to waist train during pregnancy! Your baby needs unrestricted space to grow and develop.

 

IS IT OK TO WAIST TRAIN AFTER PREGNANCY?

Yes. Waist training is great post-pregnancy as the waist trainer helps to fuse the stomach muscles back together after being stretched during pregnancy. It also also helps strengthen your back and lose your baby weight quicker. It can also help to give some much needed confidence as it instantly slims your figure.

It is VERY IMPORTANT that you only start to waist train after you have consulted your doctor and had your post pregnancy checkup.

HOW DO I KNOW WHEN TO DOWNSIZE?

This is personal to everyone as everyone’s body is different and it depends on your dedication to waist training. Noticeable results can appear in a matter of days, but may take weeks or months

Results show gradually, so remember to take before pictures and regularly measure your waist.

As a general guide, if your waist trainer doesn't feel tight on the tightest hooks you are ready to downsize.

 

MY SKIN IRRITATED/I HAVE A RASH.

All of our waist trainers contain latex. If you are allergic to latex please do not use one.

If you have developed a skin irritation or rash then remove the waist trainer straight away and email us as you may be allergic.

Please note that skin irritations and rashes can also be caused by heat rashes, sweating or rubbing. To help resolve this issue try wearing a thin vest top underneath the trainer.

 

DO YOU OFFER EXCHANGES?

Yes. However, an exchange will only be authorized if the waist trainer is in the same condition as we sent it to you in. Please see our returns policy for full details.

We do not expect returns for refunds but we do offer exchanges. Please see our returns policy for more details.

HOW DO I GET MY WAIST TRAINER ON?

1. Have the white label at the top
2. Start at the bottom on the loosest hooks
3. Work your way up to the top

You may need a little help with putting the waist trainer on until you get the hang of it.

HOW DO I WASH MY WAIST TRAINER?

To wash your trainer please hand wash with soap and hang to dry.

DO NOT machine wash or tumble dry

I THINK MY WAIST TRAINER IS FAULTY.

If you feel your item is faulty and it is within the first 30 days of purchase please email us with a photo of your item. We will then advise you on what to do next.

Due to the item being worn every day and subject to wear and tear from sweating, bending and exercise etc. any faults after 30 days will not be covered under our faulty items policy.

All replacement items will be in the same size as the original order.

IMPORTANT MEDICAL ADVICE/INFORMATION

Although there are no age restrictions, it is our policy that we do not sell waist trainers or any of our weight loss products to anyone under 18 years of age. By using this site or any function of it you confirm that you are 18 years of age or over. It is your responsibility to advise us if you are under 18 as we will not sell any of our products to you.

If you are allergic to latex do not use a waist trainer as they contain latex.

​

Do not use a waist trainer or butt lifter if you are or may be pregnant.

​

Do not use the waist trainer if you are feeling generally unwell or are in pain.

​

If you have recently had an operation please consult your doctor before using a waist trainer or butt lifter.
